Tempo, our enterprise mobile platform, is an agile workflow application equipped with industry leading peripherals that allow for barcode scanning and credit card swiping. The barcode scanning capability can interface directly with your inventory management system, quickly capture document content, or improve customer experience with a mobile scanning solution. The Tempo product contains three pre-defined modules:
Field Service Management Tool Manage a group of technicians, a sales force, or delivery drivers more effectively with timely and GPS-assisted job routing. Retail Solution Deploy Tempo's retail solution via kiosk or handheld to offer point-of-sale integration, inventory management, and a robust queueing system. Kenekt is an intuitive and highly intelligent Case Management Solution that seamlessly evaluates information and routes work to the right personnel at the most effective time. Kenekt is both a case management solution and a contact center solution, blurring the lines between industry practice and innovation. Powered by simplistic design, Kenekt takes the staples of contact center management and enhances them with case development, dynamic presentation, intelligent sequencing, environment integration, structured competition, and industry defined modules.

Kenekt's collection module contains a configurable collections timeline, exception management, and vendor administration. The Kenekt fraud module serves as both a detection and prevention mechanism and includes bad debt correlation, collusion detection, theft of service discovery, and data syndication features.

Hugh Gwynn, Chief Executive Officer
Hugh's distinct vision is to provide our client-partners with powerful and transformative business intelligence and easy-to-use information technology assets. He instills this vision throughout the organization with an intense drive and over 20 years of experience that includes major information systems and technology initiatives for clients ranging from Fortune 50 to high-growth firms in niche markets. As CEO, he focuses on developing cutting-edge business and software strategies, building meaningful client partnerships, and fostering employee growth and company culture. Hugh has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and his areas of expertise include information structure and integration, user expertise, big data initiatives, and account, billing, customer, and asset systems. Outside of building a great company, Hugh is passionate about the outdoors, loves competition, and can often be found at the baseball diamonds, basketball courts, or soccer fields coaching his three sons.
Eugene Ovcharenko, Chief Technology Officer
If there's one thing Eugene excels at, it's converting a customer challenge into actionable solution-building steps for his technology team. With over fifteen years of diverse technology experience, he is laser-focused on providing powerful, customized software solutions for Gwynn clients. He oversees the functionality of all business intelligence systems and software products. A native of Ukraine, Eugene joined Gwynn Group in 2003. He holds a master's degree in economics and computer science from Tavrida University in Ukraine. His extensive experience includes database design and development, data warehousing, large-scale data processing, web and mobile development, and domain expertise in the cable and telecom industries. When he's not guiding the Gwynn development team and exploring new software solutions for clients, Eugene can be found pursuing his other passion — exploring the globe through travel.
